The rear-facing room, and the quietest on the boat. Instead of open water it looks onto the lotus beds and the floating vegetable gardens — in July and August the lotus flowers come right up to the window.
Smaller than the other chambers and priced accordingly, but it has the same walnut work and the same bathroom standard. A good choice for a solo traveller or anyone who wants to be away from the drawing room.
